Modern-Era Shameless School

The author of the manga of the same name on which this anime is based is Go Nagai, the father of (erotic) fanservice, echchi and hentai (at least in anime and manga). And this is the scandalous manga that made headlines back in the day, and that was burned on fire in the streets by outraged parents and moralists in Japan. By today’s standards: a very innocent thing.

In the manga itself, the action takes place in a school in which the main goal of the (male) students and teachers is to steal the underwear of female students. The anime is a kind of continuation-completion of this manga and suffers from typical OVA syndromes, such as the sudden appearance of minor characters without any concrete explanation. But nonetheless, it’s fun, funny, and cute.
