Shachiku: Kuruma no Naka de Kattemasu

A man’s wife was hit by a car and killed. The man, full of anger, decides to punish the girl who was driving the car himself. He converts the van into a prison cell, locks that girl in there, and makes her work for her guilt in front of him.
Eventually, when the police catch him and he himself goes to jail, that girl goes to his cell, so that now he can make it up to her.
